The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $42,000 - $45,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview
The role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent document service delivery across the organization. Accuracy, confidentiality and effective communication are essential to the success of this role. The role is expected to be on-site 5 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
- Scan, digitize, and upload physical documents.
- Prepare, print, insert, and distribute outgoing correspondence, notifications, statements, and cheques.
- Collaborate with internal teams (mailroom and business units) to ensure accurate and timely processing of work.
- Support the full print and document lifecycle, including intake, processing, production, and fulfillment of requests.
- Protect client data and ensure confidentiality in all handling of documents and information.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and stability of printers, systems, and office equipment; escalate issues to appropriate support teams.
- Perform routine system and equipment maintenance activities.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and updating of digital and fillable forms using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.
- Review forms and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and continued business relevance.
- Communicate progress, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to ensure work is completed within established service level agreements.
- Complete all work in alignment with defined processes, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support processes and ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a print, administrative, or customer service environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365; experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies as needed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, including prioritization of tasks.
- Proven success working in a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including assessing needs and applying effective solutions.
- Performs well under pressure with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible work schedule, with occasional work outside normal business hours as required.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 15 kg and perform tasks involving lifting, squatting, and moving equipment.
- Post-secondary education (college diploma or university degree) is considered an asset.
