The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $55,000 - $65,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise & Technical Development Programs, this position on the Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) provides comprehensive planning, coordination, and support for the delivery, production, communication, scheduling and sustainment of programing content, information, resources, and events. This role requires a self-driven, highly organized individual who thrives working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment across multiple teams and functions. They have a keen focus on detail and demonstrated proficiency in building relationships and communicating effectively with all teams and stakeholders.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Learning Administration: Lead all activities around invitations, registration, attendance, translation and feedback surveys. Manage inquiries via the learning mailbox and support Learning Management System administration.
  • Production Support: Lead the production activities for online or in-person learning opportunities in English and French.
  • Content Management: Posting of content and maintenance of learning asset across relevant platforms (e.g. LMS, SharePoint). Ensure all materials are on brand.
  • Program Schedule & Calendar Management: Coordinate and monitor the programming schedule, calendar of offerings, collaborating with the cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of programs and logistics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years' experience in administration
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers
  • A team player that fosters a collaborative spirit with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team/department
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Intermediate to Expert MS office skills; inclusive of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to address details and examine work carefully for accuracy and completion
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and circumstances
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
