The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $48,000 - $50,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview
Job Responsibilities

Support Facilities Operations, including access control, space planning, and vendor coordination for assigned locations.

Provide administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor to keep operations on track.

Manage building access and issue access cards for employees and vendors.

Coordinate workspace planning to meet business needs and enhance the employee experience.

Support the National Fleet Program.

Manage maintenance tickets for assigned sites.

Coordinate site inspections and follow up on outcomes.

Travel between Dartmouth and Moncton monthly, with additional travel as required.

Serve as backup for Facilities Operations Support (mail, reception, administrative tasks).Provide after‑hours on‑call support for assigned locations.

Contribute to related projects and duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of exeperience in a facilities or related role or recent graduation from a business focused post-secondary program and related experience.
- Experience coordinating and managing vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, positive relationships with employees while effectively upholding expectations and accountability.
- Dedicated to delivering a positive employee experience within our Moncton and Dartmouth offices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Adaptability and composure in fast-changing or high-pressure situations.
- Bilingual French/English a strong asset.
